I Confess I'm Obsessed
I came across this album through a Facebook friend and I must admit I'm completely blown away. This music is crafted with such beautiful layers it gave me chills numerous times. I don't have enough time to break apart every track in the way they deserve so I will end this with a few of my favorite highlights. The "Overture" before "Biology" gives a small taste of what is in store for the following tracks. It is lush and powerful. I'm listening to album as I write this and I begin to see that giving highlights isn't even possible. This WHOLE album is a treasure that will be playing on my stereo for a long time! You won't regret buying this album that is genius in every sense of the word.

A Musical Phenomenon
What's so fantastic about Confessions of a College Student is that there's so much to be heard. You couldn't possibly catch it all just by listening to it once. Each piece is dynamic in its own way from its musical score to the mood; from themes to lyrics. Lamar Holley ingeniously creates for you an emotional not to mention fun experience that makes you want to hear it again. It's like reading a great book. If you read it only once, you miss out on the details you would only notice in reading it over and over again.

What a wonderful treat!! Gorgeous arrangements and vocals combined with poignant, emotive lyrics make this a true pop gem! The meticulously crafted melodies conjure some of the best moments of The Beatles, Jellyfish and The Beach Boys, but with a fresh, new spin. It's the freshest, tastiest album I've heard this year!
